1. These terms
By browsing or ordering from this store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.
2. Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Delivery is charged at a flat ₹60, and is free on orders over ₹999.
- We accept Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer. This demo store takes no live payments.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours on working days and to deliver within 3 to 7 working days across India. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays caused by our courier, weather or other events outside our control.
5. Products
Product photographs are illustrative. Formulations and packaging may change. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Patch-test before first use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
6. Returns
Your return rights are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think somebody else has access to it.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Intellectual property
The text, photography and branding on this store belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
