Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within India only. Serviceable pin codes are checked automatically at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times
- Dispatch – within 24 hours of your order, on working days. Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
- Metro cities – 2 to 4 working days.
- Rest of India – 4 to 7 working days.
- Remote pin codes – up to 10 working days.
These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also see the status of every order under My Account › Orders.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000. Please keep the exact amount ready, as our delivery partners may not carry change.
Failed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If all three attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will refund the order value less the delivery charge.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery where you can and email support@verdeanaturals.example with photographs within 48 hours. We will send a replacement at no cost.
