How long does shipping take?

Every order ships within 48 business hours from our warehouse. Standard ground takes 3–5 business days; express overnight is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I return an opened product?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery. Opened products are accepted if they’re in resellable condition (all accessories, original packaging). Downloadable guides are non-refundable once accessed.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the US only. We’re working on opening Canadian shipping in 2026.

How does the setup service work?

After purchase, our team emails you a Calendly link to book a 1-hour video call within 7 days. We’ll walk you through unboxing, data migration, account setup, app installs, and privacy hardening — and follow up with an email summary of everything changed.

Are the buying guides updated?

Yes. Once you purchase a guide you have access to all future revisions for one year. We typically refresh each guide quarterly to reflect new device releases.
